Qigong Therapy

Qigong is an exercise method to build up health, prevent and treat diseases, and prolong life expectancy. It also maximizes potential through controlling the qi and the mind and through posture management. Dynamic qigong and static qigong are two types among many. The former focusing on physical exercise with mind and qi, while the latter emphasizes controlling the mind and breath without any physical movement. In general, the two types are combined in practice.
