Prof. Bo is the founder of Abdominal Acupuncture.  He is also the winner of "Special Contribution to Inherit Chinese Medicine" award presented by the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for 100 national famous doctors.  He is also the Director of Beijing Bo’s Abdominal Acupuncture Research Institute, the Director of the Abdominal Acupuncture Research Institute of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Director of Abdominal Acupuncture Heritage Committee of the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies, and the Director of the China Association of Acupuncture.
