气功疗法

气功疗法是以呼吸的调整、身体活动的调整和意识的调整(调息,调形,调心)为手段,以强身健体、防病治病、健身延年、开发潜能为目的的一种身心锻炼方法。气功的种类繁多,主要可分为动功和静功。动功是以身体的活动为主的,强调与意识结合的肢体操作。而静功是指身体不动,只靠意识、呼吸的自我控制来进行的气功。大多气功方法是动静相间的。
